We offer a 5-day refund policy for our digital courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of your purchase date.
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within 5 days of purchase.
You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
The refund request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refund requests made after the 5-day window.
If you have accessed and completed a significant portion of the course.
One-on-one coaching sessions, mentorship calls, or customized services.
Refunds may also be considered under special circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment errors (accidental multiple payments for the same course).
A technical issue on our end that prevented access to the purchased course.
Other extreme cases, at our sole discretion.
To request a refund in such cases, contact us within 5 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
Once purchased, the course is available only to the registered user and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
Unauthorized distribution of course materials may lead to termination of access without any refund.
